Location

We are located in the Southdale Medical Center, on the east side of France Avenue, one block south of Highway 62 (Crosstown) and just North of the Southdale Mall. Free parking is available on the North, West and South sides of the building. In planning for your appointment, please allow time for traffic congestion, particularly on the Crosstown, prior to 9 am and from 4-6 pm.

Clinic Visits are by appointment only. Special appointments are scheduled only for extreme circumstances and are not always available. Please call our office at 952.285.1752, if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We allow patients a half-hour grace period for late check-in, after which time we require rescheduling. Priority is given to patients arriving promptly for their appointment.
